Three Shook Attorneys to Present at GMA Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partners Katie Gates Calderon, Phil Goldberg and Jim Muehlberger will be presenters at the GMA Legal Conference in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, March 4-5, 2019.

All three will be panelists for “Product Testing Program Implementation: Balancing Transparency and Risks.” Also on the panel are Courtney Ozer, associate general counsel for Unilever USA, and Suzanne Werner, litigation counsel for The Coca-Cola Company.

Muehlberger is Co-Chair of Shook’s Food & Beverage Practice Group, and Goldberg is Co-Chair of Shook’s Public Policy Group.

The conference brings together in-house counsel, defense attorneys and regulatory experts to discuss a wide range of timely legal issues in the food, beverage and consumer goods industries.
