Katelyn focuses her practice on product liability in both state and federal court. Katelyn has worked in product liability and toxic tort litigation extensively, where she has represented international manufacturers in a wide variety of multidistrict litigation, serving as lead associate in successful mediations and trials. 

Prior to Shook, Katelyn was part of the core issue team focused on sales and marketing issues in mass tort involving multiple proton pump inhibitor medications. In this role, she was involved in all stages of discovery, including fact investigation and development, identification of key issues and documents and witness preparation. Katelyn was also heavily involved in the representation of a medical device manufacturer asserting trade secret infringement. 

In addition to her product liability work, she maintains an active pro bono practice, and has represented clients in employment matters as a member of the Employment Panel for U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
