Martucci, McAtee and Page Contribute to International Comparative Legal Guides' Employment & Labour Law 2015

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partners Bill Martucci, Carrie McAtee and Kristen Page have co-authored two sections of Employment & Labour Law 2015, International Comparative Legal Guides' (ICLG's) yearly overview and compendium of developments in the employment law field. Martucci and Page co-authored "High-Stakes EEOC Class Action Litigation in America – Strategies for Global Employers," a chapter discussing the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's (EEOC's) Systemic Initiative, which targets systemic discrimination in employment, and possible compliance strategies companies can adopt to avoid EEOC investigations or enforcement actions. Martucci and McAtee also co-authored the compendium's chapter on U.S. employment law. They provide an overview of the law on discrimination, family leave, termination, data protection and other common issues that affect employers. The three partners have regularly contributed to ICLG's employment guide for several years.
