South Florida Legal Guide Names SHB Attorneys

Ed Moss and John McNally, Partners in Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Miami office, were named as "Top Lawyers in South Florida" in the recently-published South Florida Legal Guide.

Moss focuses his practice on the handling and trial of products liability matters, as well as complex commercial cases and securities litigation and defense of class actions. He is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, the International Academy of Trial Lawyers, the International Society of Barristers and Fellows of the American Bar Association.

McNally has experience in a wide variety of environmental law areas, including regulatory compliance, enforcement and administrative proceedings; environmental permitting and performance of environmental assessments; and audits related to corporate and real estate transactions and related financing requirements. He has also been involved as a speaker on a variety of environmental topics and issues at conferences during the past 12 years.

The South Florida Legal Guide also named SHB Partner Mike Tein as one of South Florida’s “Up and Coming Attorneys” for the second year in a row. Tein has successfully prosecuted and tried numerous cases involving fraud, public corruption and organized crime. In 2002, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida appointed Tein as Receiver in two enforcement actions brought by the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Federal Trade Commission.
