Derek J. Lisk, a Partner in Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s Houston office, has authored an article titled “Passing the Hat for CERCLA Cleanup Costs: If You Clean Up, Will Others Chip In?” in the April 2003 issue of The Metropolitan Corporate Counsel.
Lisk has experience with a wide variety of litigation involving business torts, contracts, environmental liability and toxic torts, products liability, trade secrets, deceptive trade practices, accounting, real estate, municipal liability and international business transactions. He has tried cases before juries and judges in state and federal courts, and he has briefed and argued appeals in those courts.
