SHB Attorneys to Present Employment Seminars

Four members of Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s (SHB) National Employment Litigation & Policy (NELP) Practice Group will be presenting employment litigation telephone CLE seminars for The Missouri Bar on June 3, 16 and 23.

The seminar schedule includes: “Summary Judgment Practice in the Federal Courts: The Critical Keys for Success” from noon to 1 p.m. on June 3; “Class Action Employment Litigation: New Challenges for Corporate Employers” from noon to 1 p.m. on June 16; and “Ethical Issues in the Employment Litigation Context: Practical Issues and Proven Solutions” from noon to 1 p.m. on June 23.

Bill Martucci, leader of the NELP Group for SHB, will be the moderator of the seminars. SHB’s Karen Cain, Eric Smith and Kevin Smith of the NELP Group will be seminar presenters.
