Legal Guide Selects McNally, Moss

John McNally and Ed Moss, Partners in the Miami office of Shook, Hardy & Bacon, have been selected for the South Florida Legal Guide’s 2005 list of the Top 250 Lawyers in South Florida. SHB has also been named to the South Florida Legal Guide’s 2005 list of the Top 100 Law Firms in South Florida.

McNally has experience in a wide variety of environmental law areas, including regulatory compliance, enforcement and administrative proceedings; environmental permitting and performance of environmental assessments; and audits related to corporate and real estate transactions and related financing requirements. He has also been involved as a speaker on a variety of environmental topics and issues at conferences during the past 12 years.

Moss focuses his practice on the handling and trial of products liability matters, as well as complex commercial cases and securities litigation and defense of class actions. He was Co-Lead Defense Counsel in the DuPont Plaza fire case in San Juan, Puerto Rico. He has represented The Boeing Company in numerous crash disasters, Texaco in a toxic tort case, Brown & Williamson Tobacco Company in two major class action trials and Westinghouse in litigation arising from construction of the Miami Metrorail System.
