Verdicts highlighted in Missouri Lawyers Weekly

Successful defense verdicts received for Ford Motor Company by Shook, Hardy & Bacon in the State of Missouri were highlighted in recent issues of Missouri Lawyers Weekly.

The April 26 issue features a unanimous defense verdict in St. Louis County Circuit Court involving claims of sudden acceleration. SHB’s Rob Adams was on the defense team. The May 10 issue features a defense verdict in Scott County Circuit Court involving a wrongful death claim from an allegedly defective steering system. SHB’s Adams and Michael Kleffner defended Ford.
