Hot Topics Seminar

SHB will host the Second Annual “Hot Topics-Update of the Law,” on June 23, 2005 at the Westin Crown Center Hotel. Among the issues to be discussed are Punitive Damages: Jury Presentation Strategies, Ethics: Best Practices in the Blackberry Age and Corporate Responsibility & Compliance: Internal Investigations & Disclosures. In addition to the many SHB attorney speakers, the guest speaker will be Rodney Jew, a National Litigation Strategist. Jew's clients include Fortune 500 companies and numerous distinguished law firms. He teaches continuing legal education at nationally recognized legal conferences and is consistently ranked among the top lecturers presenting at these programs.
