Shook, Hardy & Bacon is one of just three national law firms identified as a leader in U.S. products liability expertise in the fifth edition of the Practical Law Company’s Cross-border Life Sciences Handbook 2005/06. The international resource addresses a variety of regulatory, litigation and competiton/antitrust issues faced by companies in the life sciences sector.
The handbook lists SHB as “recommended” for its products liability work in England and recognizes two SHB partners for their outstanding achievements in products liability litigation. Harvey Kaplan, chair of the firm’s Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Division, is one of only three lawyers honored as a “leading” litigator in U.S. products liability matters. London partner Sarah Croft is noted as “recommended” for her products liability practice in England.
