Adams Inducted into American College of Trial Lawyers

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Rob Adams has become a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, one of the premier legal associations in America.  The induction ceremony at which Rob became a Fellow took place recently before an audience of 460 during the 2006 spring meeting of the College in Hollywood, Florida.

Rob’s outstanding track record on more than 30 jury trials in several states was the primary reason for his induction.  Rob is Chair of SHB’s Tort Section and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.  He defends several of the country’s leading companies in matters involving product liability, torts, intellectual property, and insurance coverage.

Rob is listed in the Best Lawyers in America and Chambers USAAmerica’s Leading Lawyers for Business.   Earlier this year, he was named as one of America’s 500 leading litigators by Lawdragon magazine.

A University of Missouri School of Law graduate, Rob has been an active member in many bar associations, and currently is a member in and the Reporter for the Missouri Approved Instruction Committee, which drafts instructions for use in civil cases.  He was appointed to this position in 2004 by the Missouri Supreme Court.
