Barkett Speaks on Recent Supreme Court Decisions

SHB Partner John Barkett  (Miami -Tort), was a guest speaker at the Florida Remediation Conference held Wednesday, November 15, 2006. Barkett addressed recent Supreme Court environmental decisions under the Superfund law and Clean Water Act and their relation to cases currently going before the court relevant to those laws. The event was sponsored by the Florida Specifier newspaper, and drew an audience of approximately 300.
