Poindexter to Moderate Session at ABA Event

Partner Carol Poindexter (KC-Business Law) will moderate a plenary session titled "Off-Label Marketing of Prescription Drugs and Devices, the False Claims Act, and the Impact of Medicare Part D" during the American Bar Association's upcoming 8th Annual Conference on Emerging Issues in Healthcare Law.  The session will address the current state of enforcement against off-label promotions, analyze health care fraud statutes and discuss the future of off-label compliance and communication. The event is slated for February 21 - 23, 2007, in Orlando, Florida.
