Schwartz to Participate in Tort Reform Symposium

SHB Public Policy Chair Victor Schwartz will be making a presentation on March 30, 2007, titled “Tort Reform Through the Courts: Neutral Principles of Stare Decisis in Tort Litigation” during a Northwestern University School of Law conference on litigation and tort reform in Chicago.  Distinguished panelists who will respond to Victor’s remarks include The Honorable Clifford Taylor, chief justice of the Michigan Supreme Court; Walter Olson, senior fellow of the Manhattan Institute’s Center for Legal Policy; and Robert Bennett, the Nathaniel Nathanson Professor of Law at Northwestern University.  For more information about the event, please click here.
