Fey and La Scala to Speak at GMA/FPA Conference

SHB Partners Laura Fey and Paul La Scala will co-present a session titled "Product Liability When There Is No Injury: The Deceptive Trade Practices Class Action" at the Grocery Manufacturers/Food Products Association's 2008 Food Claims & Litigation Conference. Slated for February 19-21, 2008, at the Ritz-Carlton in New Orleans, the conference will address emerging issues in food-related litigation, including (i) imported food recalls and class actions; (ii) material defect claims; (iii) chemical issues; and (iv) sustainability.
