Justus Honored for Progressive Legislative Work

Of Counsel Jolie Justus, Director of Pro Bono Services at the firm and a Missouri state legislator, was honored as Outstanding Progressive Legislator of the Year on October 13, 2007, in St. Louis during Missouri Pro Vote's 12th Annual Progressive Awards Dinner. Missouri Pro Vote is a statewide coalition of labor unions and community organizations "founded in 1992 to give grassroots organizations the tools to engage their membership in the public policy process." The coalition works to elect progressive candidates, among other matters, and conducts an annual awards dinner to recognize those who share its vision and raise money for its activities.
