Satterlee Addresses Clean Water Agencies

Partner Terry Satterlee participated in a roundtable discussion titled “Satellite Systems: Bringing Them Into Your Orbit” at the National Association of Clean Water Agencies’ 2007 Developments in Clean Water Law seminar. Held November 7-9 in Palm Desert, California, the conference explored critical legal, regulatory and policy issues related to the Clean Water Act with an emphasis on watershed permitting. The roundtable discussion specifically addressed the legal component of using satellite systems to achieve sewer system and watershed goals. Seminar attendees included attorneys, public entity lawyers and managers, and environmental and engineering consultants.
