Amor Esteban Speaks at LegalTech® Conference

Partner Amor Esteban served as a panelist at LegalTech® New York 2008, an American Lawyer Media conference held February 5-7 at the Hilton New York Hotel. The conference covered topics related to electronic discovery, litigation technology, risk mitigation and compliance, and disaster recovery and business continuity. Amor participated in a panel discussion titled "Navigating Data Privacy Issues for Multinational Data Collection and Review," which addressed the key challenges and pitfalls faced by law firms managing e-discovery in international litigation. The panel also provided in-house counsel and law firm attendees with guidelines on developing an effective legal strategy in compliance with international regulations.
