Law360 Recognizes Shook as Nation’s Largest Product Liability Practice

Shook, Hardy & Bacon recently received the No. 1 ranking in Law360’s “Product Liability 100,” a listing that distinguishes Shook as the home of the nation’s largest product liability practice.

In an article accompanying the listing, Law360 detailed Shook’s recent successes, noting that the firm “followed up on a banner year in 2010, when it rolled off a series of victories for Philip Morris in the so-called Engle progeny litigation in Florida, with another major Engle win” in 2011. The article also highlighted Shook’s representation of The Coca-Cola Company, Pfizer Inc., Bayer AG, and DuPont Co.

Shook’s environmental, intellectual property and white collar practice groups were also included in Law360’s ranking of the top 100 groups in each respective practice area.
