Shook Named Benchmark’s Midwest Product Liability Firm of the Year

Shook, Hardy & Bacon was recently honored as the Midwest Product Liability Firm of the Year at Benchmark Litigation’s inaugural U.S. Benchmark Annual Awards on January 31, 2013, in New York. Shook was selected for the award from a shortlist of eight finalists, and is one of only four firms in the nation to be recognized for excellence in product liability.

The 2013 edition of Benchmark Litigation: The Definitive Guide to America’s Leading Litigation Firms & Attorneys recognized six Shook partners as Product Liability Litigation Stars, including Partner Harvey Kaplan, who was on hand in New York to accept the Midwest Product Liability Law Firm of the Year Award with Partners Walt Cofer, Bill Martucci and Hildy Sastre.
