Moore Appointed Chair of Florida Bar Committee

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Senior Associate Tim Moore has been appointed chair of The Florida Bar’s Code & Rules of Evidence Committee (CREC) for 2014 to 2015. Charged with ensuring that Florida evidence law promotes the administration of justice, CREC proposes legislative revisions to the Florida Evidence Code and gives the Florida Supreme Court recommendations regarding incorporation of legislative changes to the Florida Evidence Code. Moore, who was named CREC vice chair in 2013, will be recognized at The Florida Bar's leadership conference in Orlando on June 26, 2014. For more information about the committee, please click here.
