Duncan to Co-Chair NFJE’s Tenth Annual Judicial Symposium

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Tristan Duncan is serving as co-chair of the National Foundation for Judicial Excellence (NFJE) Tenth Annual Judicial Symposium slated for July 18-19, 2014, in Chicago, Illinois. DRI established the foundation in 2004, and the yearly symposia draw nearly 400 appellate judges from around the nation.

Duncan will moderate a July 19 discussion between The Honorable Richard Posner and The Honorable Goodwin Liu titled “The Art of Crafting Opinions” as well as a panel discussion with all of the symposium’s faculty. For more details about the event, please click here.
