Vault Recognizes Shook’s Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives

Vault has once again recognized Shook, Hardy & Bacon as one of the top 25 U.S. law firms for diversity. The firm ranked 3rd in diversity for military veterans, 6th in diversity for individuals with disabilities, 7th in overall diversity, 7th in diversity for minorities, 11th in diversity for women, and 17th in diversity for LGBT individuals. Vault compiled its rankings based on data from anonymous surveys of nearly 17,000 law firm associates across the United States. Survey participants rated their employers on a variety of diversity efforts, including recruitment, retention, promotion and mentoring. To view the complete rankings, please click here.
