Oot to Participate in Three Sessions at ILTA’s 37th Annual Educational Conference

SHB eDiscovery, Data & Document Management Partner Patrick Oot will join a distinguished group of panelists for a two-part presentation about protocols for electronically stored information (ESI) on August 18, 2014, during the International Legal Technology Association’s 37th Annual Educational Conference in Nashville, Tennessee. Titled “What Makes Up ESI Protocols,” the sessions will explore common e-discovery issues by way of mock meet and confer discussions and arguments before the “court.” The debate over use of predictive coding will be the topic of Oot’s August 20 session titled “Anything You Can Do I Can Better … Predictive Coding vs. Human Review.”
