Carew Speaks at DRI Women in the Law Seminar

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Director of Strategic Diversity Initiatives Kori Carew presents tips for in-house counsel during the Women in the Law Seminar February 25-27 in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

The seminar, which is sponsored by DRI, provides education and career coaching to empower women lawyers to define their optimal career path. The program also tackles legal issues and emerging trends and provides concrete practice pointers that enable in-house lawyers and their outside counsel to partner for success.

Carew joins a panel titled “Growing in Place,” which features information for in-house counsel ranging from best ways to design career goals to how to best negotiate for raises and promotions. Carew is joined on the panel by Janet Bivins, E.I. du Pont de Nemours and Company, and Lisa Marcy, Aaron & Gianna PLC.
