Dwerlkotte Appointed to Federal Practice Committee

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Associate Brent Dwerlkotte has been named to the Federal Practice Committee for the U.S. District Court, Western District of Missouri. The Federal Practice Committee serves as a liaison between the Bench and the Bar. 

The committee suggests changes to local rules and procedures; assists the Court by commenting on proposed rules or changes in procedure, as requested; and advises the Court concerning the perspective of the Bar on the operation of the Court.
