Ocariz and Zucker Named to Miami-Dade FAWL Leadership Roles

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Miami Partner Rebecca Ocariz and Associate Talia Zucker have been named to leadership positions with the Miami-Dade Chapter of the Florida Association for Women Lawyers (FAWL).

Ocariz was installed as president-elect and Zucker as director of Miami-Dade FAWL’s 2015-2016 session. In addition to her appointment, Ocariz also received the Miami-Dade FAWL President’s Award, which is given to the board member who provided the most valuable service to the chapter during the last year. 

FAWL is a volunteer bar association dedicated to actively promoting the advancement of women in the legal profession, expanding the leadership role of its members in the community-at-large, and promoting women’s rights.
