The webinar also includes discussions regarding customizing fee structures for specific legal matters, how to structure the agreement to minimize risk, what to avoid when structuring arrangements and ethical issues that may arise.
Williams has received multiple national recognitions for his innovative use of alternative financial arrangements and strategic litigation management techniques to curtail legal spend and effectively manage otherwise unpredictable litigation. He was named to the National Law Journal’s 2015 list of Litigation Trailblazers in acknowledgement of his accomplishments in this arena.
