BTI Ranks Shook in Top 15 Percent for Product Liability Litigation

Shook, Hardy & Bacon has been ranked in the top 15 percent of all law firms for product liability litigation according to BTI Litigation Outlook 2017: Changes, Trends and Opportunities for Law Firms.

BTI Consulting Group conducted 336 in-depth telephone interviews with legal decision-makers responsible for litigation at the country’s largest companies over the course of six months. BTI also analyzed trend data from more than 4,000 corporate counsel client interviews conducted over 17 years.

Earlier this year, Shook was named a Clientopia^® Leader in the BTI Power Rankings: The Law Firms with the Best Client Relationships report and one of the 2016 “BTI Most Recommended Law Firms”  for the second consecutive year.
