Shook Recognized in Chambers UK 2017

Shook, Hardy & Bacon’s product liability practice was recognized with a Band 3 ranking by Chambers & Partners in its 2017 edition of Chambers UK. Clients touted Shook attorneys as being “brilliant… they are bright, intelligent, well informed, knowledgeable, and have an awareness of the commercial realities of their customers.”

Partners Simon Castley and Alison Newstead also received individual Band 3 rankings for their work in product liability. Clients noted that Castley is “very strong on the regulatory side” of product liability, and has strength in handling international disputes, and praised Newstead for her “pragmatic approach,” describing her as “someone you can totally feel able to rely on in a tight corner”.
