Diolombi Explores New Diversity Mandates Among In-House Legal Departments

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner Hassia Diolombi spoke with Corporate Counsel regarding the recent trend of in-house legal departments requiring outside counsel to meet their diversity standards.

“I think firms that are dedicated to diversity and inclusion, that have programs in place and are implementing their own inclusion efforts, won’t have a problem with this,” Diolombi offered.
