Martucci Presents CLE Webinar on Employment Retaliation

Shook, Hardy & Bacon National Employment Litigation & Policy Practice leader Bill Martucci will co-present “Employment Retaliation Claims on the Rise: Avoiding and Defending EEOC Charges and Private Lawsuits,” a live CLE webinar scheduled for Thursday, April 13.

The panel will discuss ways to develop effective policies and procedures to minimize the risk of EEOC charges and private retaliation litigation, as well as crafting litigation strategies to increase the likelihood of success when defending against such claims in the wake of the 2016 EEOC Enforcement Guidance on Retaliation and Related Issues.
