Saikali and Tobón Join Panel on Privacy and Cybersecurity Regulation

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Data Security and Privacy Chair Al Saikali and Of Counsel Camila Tobón will join a panel discussion at the Minority Corporate Counsel Association’s (MCCA) Global Technology, Education and Careers (TEC) Forum on June 19-20, 2017, in San Francisco, California.

The two-day conference will cover “current trends, opportunities and challenges facing the corporate legal, compliance and law firm communities today.”

Titled “What a Fine Mess: Avoiding the Privacy and Cybersecurity Regulators’ Crosshairs,” the panel will identify and explain the complexities of the many privacy and data regulatory factions. It will also touch on recent regulatory enforcement actions and how those actions are identified by regulators as well as best practices for minimizing the risk of regulatory enforcement action.

Neil Wilcox, Senior Vice President and Associate General Counsel for First Data Corporation, will join Saikali and Tobón on the panel.
