Shook Partner Bill Martucci to Chair Employment Discrimination Conference

Shook, Hardy & Bacon National Employment Litigation and Policy Chair Bill Martucci will serve as chair of the American Conference Institute’s 9^th Annual Forum on Defending and Managing Employment Discrimination Litigation program. The conference will be held September 26-27, 2017, at the Park Lane Hotel in New York, New York.

Martucci will also join Ray Peeler, Senior Advisor to the Chair of the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, to recognize the 50th anniversary of the Age Discrimination Employment Act of 1967 by presenting “Age Discrimination in the Workplace: Practical Solutions for Overcoming Common Employer Challenges and Strategies for Defeating Claims in Litigation.”

Shook serves as a co-sponsor of the conference.
