Fowler to Chair Sessions at IBA Annual Conference in Sydney

Shook Partner Greg Fowler will chair two sessions at the upcoming Annual Conference of the International Bar Association, to be held at the International Convention Centre in Sydney, Australia, October 8-14, 2017. Fowler will present the interactive “Hot Topics in International Sales, Franchising and Product Law,” and chair the discussion, “Striking the Right Balance in Consumer Protection: Australia as Role Model or Nanny State?” Fowler is Managing Partner of Shook’s London office and is Senior Chair of IBA's Product Law & Advertising Committee.
