McDonough and Soto Join Panels at ABA Women in Litigation Conference

Shook Chair Madeleine McDonough and Partner Miranda Lundeen Soto will be speakers at the upcoming ABA Women in Litigation Joint Conference in Philadelphia, Nov. 15-17, 2017. In addition to offering networking opportunities with litigators, in-house counsel and members of the judiciary, the conference will offer sessions in trial advocacy skills, business development, insurance, securities litigation and product liability issues.

Valerie Jarrett, senior advisor and assistant for Public Engagement and Intergovernmental Affairs in the Obama administration, will be the keynote speaker. McDonough will be a panelist for “A View From the Top: What It’s Like to Be the Firm’s Managing Partner,” on Wednesday, November 15; Soto will be a panelist for “Effective Cross-Examination: Case Studies From Recent Trials,” on Friday, Nov. 17.
