Shook Partner to Present at International Association of Defense Counsel

Shook Partner Matt Keenan will be part of a presentation and panel discussion at the International Association of Defense Counsel (IADC) Mid-Year Meeting, La Quinta, California, February 14, 2018.

Keenan is a featured speaker and will address: “Preparing a Corporate Witness for Deposition – Perspectives from a Corporate Witness and from Defense Counsel.” This program focuses on preparation of corporate witnesses for deposition. The panel will discuss what a lawyer can and cannot do in preparing a witness for deposition, as well as various tips and techniques to navigate challenges and examine ethics of witness preparation.
