McDonough and Harmon to Present at 2018 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Chair Madeleine McDonough and Associate Jason Harmon will be presenting at the 2018 DRI Drug and Medical Device Seminar May 10-11, 2018, in New York City, New York.

McDonough will be giving a “TED-Style Talk” Wednesday, May 10, in addition to presenting “Skating on the Glass Ceiling: A View from the Top” later that day. The latter consists of a panel of female power brokers who will provide their perspectives on the glass ceiling.

Harmon will present “Foreign Regulatory Files and the Scope of Discovery” during the Young Lawyer Blockbuster segment of the DRI Drug and Medical Device Conference on May 10. The presentation covers the newly-revised Rule 26(b)(1) and how it relates to scope of discovery and foreign regulatory documents.
