Artman to Discuss Post-MHRA Amendment Jury Instructions at KCMBA

Associate Jennifer Artman will be a presenter for “Recurring and Emerging Trends in Employment Litigation,” at the Kansas City Metropolitan Bar Association, 9 a.m. to 11:45 a.m., Friday, November 16, 2018. The CLE program will address issues affecting employment litigation for advocates on both sides of the bar.

Artman will present “Post-MHRA Amendment Jury Instructions.” Additional topics include arbitration and a forensic vendor-led discussion about the practicalities and challenges of dealing with texts and other mobile device evidence. 

The program was developed with the KCMBA Labor and Employment Law Committee.
