Vieux Panelist for ABA Bid-Rigging Detection Webinar

Shook Of Counsel Steve Vieux will participate in the ABA webinar “Bid-Rigging Detection” June 21, 2018. The webinar covers how federal and state antitrust enforcers and economists sniff out potential bid-riggers, and an exploration of relevant laws followed by a discussion using real-world examples.

In addition to Vieux, the other panelists include Jamie McClave Baldwin, project manager/senior consultant at Info Tech, Inc., and Lizabeth Brady, chief of multistate antitrust enforcement for the Florida Office of the Attorney General.
