Schoenfeld to Lead Roundtable on Disgorgement Claims

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner David Schoenfeld will lead a roundtable on the insurability of disgorgement claims at the 2019 Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee CLE Seminar in Tucson, Arizona, March 1, 2019. 

A decision in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit sparked struggles over such claims, ranging from broad public policy announcements to close reading of exclusions. This roundtable will examine how federal and Delaware Supreme Court decisions have affected the issue.
