Barkett to Discuss Superfund Issues in ABA CLE

Shook, Hardy & Bacon Partner John Barkett will present “Superfund Year-in-Review: 2018,” a CLE event for the American Bar Association Section of Environment, Energy and Resources, March 12, 2019. Barkett and co-presenter Russ Randle of Miles & Stockbridge are the authors of the Superfund chapter of The Year in Review 2018. 

Barkett and Randle will review select cases and developments in this area of the law. The event also is sponsored by the ABA Superfund and Natural Resources Damages Litigation Committee.
