BTI Names Shook Partners Client Service All-Stars

Recognizing the importance of excellent client service, Shook is pleased to announce that two of its partners have been named BTI Client Service-All Stars. General counsel and corporate legal decision makers nominate the attorneys chosen for this prestigious honor.

BTI selected Shook Managing Partners William P. Geraghty and Lynn H. Murray for their “skill and dedication to providing superior client service.” Only 335 attorneys nationwide are included in this select group.

In addition, BTI named Geraghty a MVP, following his selection twice previously as a Client Service All-Star. A Fortune 500 consumer goods manufacturer nominated him for his legal strategic guidance in product liability. Geraghty leads Shook’s Miami office.

New this year, BTI chose Murray, a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, as a Client Service All-Star. A global manufacturing company nominated her for legal acumen in business litigation. Murray manages Shook’s Chicago office.

Only 72 law firms have two or more BTI Client Service All-Stars, which BTI suggests, “these law firms are more focused on cultivating a culture of client service excellence than other law firms.”

In 2018, BTI ranked Shook a Product Liability Litigation Standout. Other practice areas were recognized on the BTI Honor Roll including class action, complex commercial litigation, complex employment litigation and commercial litigation.
