Barkett to Examine Ethics in eDiscovery at ABA Conference

Partner John Barkett will be the co-presenter of "Evolving Ethical Considerations in E-Discovery" at the American Bar Association's 13th Annual National Institute on E-Discovery in Chicago, April 26, 2019. 

Barkett and Alison Grounds of Troutman Sanders will present real-world examples and guidance to attorneys navigating the challenges of an ever-evolving landscape of complex technological and legal issues, as new sources of data and new tools for evidence analysis change the benefits and ethical risks for practitioners.
