Martucci Shows Human Side of Corporate Defendants in the Courtroom, Reports MLW

Missouri Lawyers Weekly featured Shook’s Bill Martucci after earning the prestigious ICON award, which recognizes attorneys and judges for “notable and sustained success and leadership both within and beyond the field of law.”

“He is fluent in the argot and thought patterns of his business clients – not surprising for a lawyer who teaches a course entitled ‘Multinational Business Policy and the Global Workplace,’ at his law school alma mater, Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.,” the publication reported.

Martucci won the honor for his substantive legal work for national clients, his integral role in expanding Shook’s geographic footprint, his longtime commitment to diversity and devotion to the community.

Martucci, along with retired Partner Gene Balloun, earned the honor in 2019.
