U.S. Chief Justice John Roberts Swears in Matt Keenan to LSC Board, Bloomberg Reports

Bloomberg Law reported U.S. Supreme Court Chief Justice John Roberts swore in Shook Partner Matt Keenan, and other nominees, to the Legal Services Corporation (LSC) Board in Washington, D.C., October 2, 2019. The LSC is the single largest provider of civil legal assistance for low-income people in the nation.

Keenan’s more than 30 years practicing law as one of the nation’s leading product liability lawyers, has prepared him for this prestigious role.

“I’m excited about the challenges that await and to bring my experience with Legal Aid of Western Missouri to the larger mission of serving the pro bono communities across the country,” said Keenan.
