BTI Ranks Shook Among Top 10 Percent of Law Firms for Client Service

After in-depth interviews with corporate counsel, BTI Consulting Group has ranked Shook among the top 10% of law firms for client service in 2020. Shook’s ability to deal with complex issues and understanding the client’s business, guided the survey results gleaned from in-house counsel. The firm also distinguished itself for anticipating client needs and having an innovative approach when developing the best legal solutions.

Specifically, Shook garnered high marks in the top 10% of 340 law firms in these areas:

  • Client investment
  • Client magnet qualities 

BTI also placed Shook in the top half of law firms surveyed for “seamlessly” communicating and advising in-house counsel on issues that may blindside them, which may include data privacy and cyber security, regulatory concerns and workload.

To determine the rankings, BTI conducted in-depth interviews with more than 350 in-house attorneys at some of the world's largest companies and noted direct, unprompted feedback about the firm. The resulting rankings recognized 340 law firms for 17 activities that drive superior client service.
