Saikali and Sampson to Lead Dialogue at The Sedona Conference Annual Meeting

Shook Partners Al Saikali and Bill Sampson will lead discussions during The Sedona Conference Working Group 11 Annual Meeting, at DaVita World Headquarters, Denver, Colorado, March 18-19. 

Saikali, who is founder and co-chair of Shook’s Data Security and Data Privacy Practice group, will be a designated dialogue leader on a panel at the WG11 Town Hall discussing the progress of the Working Group and the future direction of WG11.

Sampson will moderate the Reasonable Security Test session for a panel discussing the latest draft of their Commentary that evaluates what legal test a court or other adjudicative body should apply in a specific reasonable security legal obligation.

The Sedona Conference is a research and educational institute dedicated to the advanced study of law and policy in the areas of antitrust law, complex litigation and intellectual property rights.
