Shook Partner to Moderate Judges Panel on Post-Pandemic Litigation

Shook Co-Chair of Class Action and Appellate Litigation Practice Group Amir Nassihi will be a moderator for a panel of six judges in the free webinar A View From the Bench: Managing Complex Litigation in the Post-Pandemic World, April 23, 12:00-1:15 p.m. PDT. The judges will be discussing lessons learned, best practices developed, the pandemic’s lasting impacts on courts going forward and what to expect in this post-pandemic world. Judges in specific will be covering their experiences in courts in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and the Northern, Central and Southern Districts of California. The webinar is hosted by the American Bar Association.
