Shook FDA Attorney to Present at Digital Animal Health Summit

Shook Of Counsel Kristin Kaplan will present at the Digital Animal Health Corridor Summit, to be held online August 24 – 26. 

In her presentation, “How to Work With the FDA,” Kaplan will provide practical insights on how to navigate the possible changes brought about by the new Biden administration, including rollbacks, new regulations, and revisions to regulations and how the agency may exercise enforcement discretion.

Kaplan spent a decade at the FDA and in-house at an animal health company before coming to Shook and is a recognized leader in FDA regulatory practice.
